Ebook - Scott Adams "God's Debris"

It has become increasingly popular to distribute interesting/useful/cool/nice things for free. This has various impacts on people, society, economics and such, but that's not what I'm going to talk about.

What I will do, is give You information (as is my intention with this blog). I found an e-book written by famous author of Dilbert - Scott Adams. It has nothing to do with Dilbert and humour. It's a philisophical dialogue in the spirit of ancient hellenistic philosphers who liked to write their works in dialogue form. The older/wiser side of the dialogue would ask alot of questions and lead/mislead the younger counterpart into thinking about concepts in a new way.

Adams calls it a "thought experiment" and suggest a formula for maximum enjoyment: "Share God's Debris with a smart friend and then discuss it while enjoying a tasty beverage."
I hope to do just that some day, as the book is short, fluently written and easily readable.

I guess if I would be a teacher in a Philosophy class, I'd use it as a good reading material, because most of students wouldn't consider Socrates a "light reading" and just dump it after couple of pages.

I wish all the best to mr Adams and hope his focal dystonia condition doesn't impede him for drawing and writing for many years to come.
